2023-01-05 Twenty-five years to the day after the infamous ice storm of 1998 laid waste to eastern Ontario and southern Québec, Mother Nature chose to reminisce with a little more ice. Thankfully, she only gave us a taste with ice that can be measured in mm instead of cm like in '98.
